Keepsake Box - Red Oak and Purpleheart

The unique design of this keepsake box incorporates red oak as the main wood for the sides and lift-off slab lid, with purpleheart used for the corner posts, accents, and lid pull.  Several coats of hand-rubbed hard-wax oil, polished to 4000 grit, provide a silky-smooth finish.
