These cutting boards are made of sweet gum, also known as "satin walnut," and feature beautiful interlocked grain patterns. The lumber for these came from a neighbor's tree, which we milled and kiln-dried. These are sanded glass-smooth and finished with food-safe, non-allergenic, heat-treated, filtered walnut oil. They include sturdy rubber feet. They can be custom laser-engraved.
